Description:

This is the first 3D fingerprint database in public domain and consists of 1560 reconstructed 3D fingerprint images from 260 different clients. These 3D fingerprint images have been reconstructed from 10920 2D fingerprint images. All the fingerprint images were acquired using contactless and low-cost imaging setup developed at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. This database is made publicly available for the to research purpose.
